Pilot shops
If your shop is part of a Jaylak pilot, a separate written pilot agreement covers pilot-specific terms (duration, what's free, what happens after) and takes precedence over this page where the two differ.
Acceptable use
Jaylak is provided for legitimate booking and shop-management use. Don't use it to submit fraudulent bookings or to access data belonging to a shop you don't work for.
Scheduling decisions stay yours
Jaylak enforces that two bookings can't collide for the same chair and time. It doesn't make scheduling decisions for you — staffing, hours, and how you run your shop remain entirely your call, and Jaylak isn't liable for those decisions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
