Ten-minute precision
The grid runs in ten-minute bands, so a 09:15 start sits where it belongs instead of being rounded to the nearest half hour. A block is as tall as the service is long: forty-five minutes looks like forty-five minutes.
Colour tells you where a booking came from
Four colours, one per source. Glance down a column and you can see whether the day is filling from the app or from people walking in off the street — without opening anything.

It updates while you are looking at it
A booking made in the customer app appears in the book with nobody refreshing anything. So does a cancellation. Reception, the specialist's phone and the customer's app stay on the same day.
Tap a gap to take a walk-in
An empty cell is a button. Tap it, pick the service, add a name if you have one. A specialist can do the same from their own phone, for their own chair.

09:00 — the day opens with one column per barber on shift.

09:40 — a customer books 11:00 in the app. The block appears while you are looking at the screen.

10:05 — someone walks in. You tap the gap at 10:30, pick the service, done.

10:31 — a second walk-in wants that same slot. The book will not take it, and says so.
Can two people end up in the same slot?
No. The rule lives in the database rather than in the app, so it holds even when two bookings arrive in the same instant. One is accepted, the other is told the slot was taken.
Does a specialist have to come to reception to see their day?
No. They open the same app and get their own chair — the same day, the same bookings, and they can add one from it.
What if someone starts late or takes a break in the middle?
Working hours are set per specialist, and a day can be split into two intervals. The book only offers times inside them.
How far ahead can I look?
The book is one day at a time, and you move between days with the arrows. Everything upcoming is also listed, searchable, under Bookings.
