What we collect
Booking details (customer name/phone, service, time, and which channel it came from), shop staff accounts, and standard website analytics (page views and the events listed in our analytics plan) via Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool. We do not use tracking cookies and do not sell personal data.
How it's used
Booking data is used to run your shop's calendar and prevent double-booking. Staff account data determines what each role can see — money is restricted to owner accounts, enforced by the system, not just hidden in the interface.
Pilot shops
If your shop is on a Jaylak pilot, the written pilot agreement (see our pilot program page) governs pilot-specific data handling and takes precedence over this general policy where the two differ.
