Features
The day's numbers, and the money kept where it belongs
How full the chairs were, what is still booked, what changed and who changed it. Revenue sits behind the owner login, and stays there.

How full the day actually was
Chair occupancy against the hours you are actually open, plus a live list of who is busy right now and who they are with. This is the screen reception keeps open all day.
Money is owner-only, at the server
Total revenue, completed bookings, average ticket and what is projected from upcoming bookings. Reception asking for this does not get a blank screen — the request is refused.

Every change is written down
Bookings cancelled, barbers deactivated, customers disabled, shops turned off, admin logins. The activity log says who did it and when, so "who cancelled that 4pm?" has an answer.
A specialist sees their own numbers
Their own chair, in their own app: earnings by week, month or year against the period before, which services actually earn, and a no-show count per client. Their numbers, without going through you.
What you can answer on a Monday morning
- 1
How full were the chairs last week?
- 2
What is still booked for the rest of this week?
- 3
Who cancelled that 16:00, and when did they do it?
- 4
What did the shop take this month? — owner login only.
Can I see revenue per specialist, or per service?
Not yet as the owner. Today the shop figures are shop-level: total revenue, completed bookings and average ticket. A specialist's own view does break their earnings down by service, so that breakdown exists — just in their app rather than yours.
What can reception see here?
Occupancy, who is busy, the full booking list and the activity log. Everything except money.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Bookings, barbers, customers and device sessions all export to CSV.
Is there a no-show report?
In a specialist's own view, yes — it counts no-shows per client and lists them. There is no separate shop-wide no-show report yet.

We set Jaylak up with your barbers, your hours and your price list, and you run a real week on it before deciding anything.
