Your team, your hours, your price list

Who works, when they work, what they do and what it costs. Set once at the shop, overridden per specialist where it needs to be — and locked down so reception sees the day but never the money.

Hours inherit from the shop

Set the shop's week once. A specialist who works the standard week needs nothing at all. Only override the days that differ, and reset back to the shop default when they stop differing.

A split shift is a normal day, not a workaround

A specialist who works 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 says exactly that. Nobody can be booked into the gap, because the gap is not a gap in the software either.

One catalogue, and each specialist picks from it

Services, prices and durations are set once by the owner, in Arabic and English. Each specialist then chooses which of those they personally perform, from their own phone. Nobody edits your prices but you.

A specialist choosing which of the shop’s services they perform

One app, three people, three different apps.

The owner gets the whole shop and the money. Reception gets the day — the calendar, walk-ins, customers, closing out a visit — and no revenue at all. A specialist gets their own chair. This is not a hidden menu item: a reception account is refused by the server when it asks for anything financial.

Setting up a shop

  1. 1

Add your barbers and mark who is currently working.

  2. 2

Set the shop's opening hours for the week.

  3. 3

Build the price list once, in both languages.

  4. 4

Give reception their own login, hand each specialist theirs, and keep the owner login for yourself.

Can reception see revenue?

No — and not merely in the sense that the menu item is hidden. A reception account is refused by the server when it asks for financial data, so hiding the link is the last line of defence rather than the only one.

Can a specialist change the prices?

No. The catalogue belongs to the owner. A specialist only chooses which of those services they perform.

What happens to old bookings if I remove a service?

They keep their record. Removing a service takes it out of the active catalogue for new bookings; it does not rewrite what already happened.

Can one owner run more than one shop?

Yes. Shops are listed separately, and the book is per shop — you pick which one you are looking at.
